BJTLL Article Submissions

BJTLL invites authors to submit manuscripts to a wide range of subject areas in Translation, Linguistics and Literature.

BJTLL has its own submission guidelines. The full instructions to contributors can be accessed from the submission section. Before submitting your work, please refer to the journal’s submission guidelines to ensure the most efficient processing of your article through the peer-review and publication process.

Maximise your article for search accessability

There are several ways to ensure your article is found by readers, who tend to find articles online via search engines (for example Google scholar, Academia, Research Gate, Yahoo) rather than browsing.

Article Title

Try to make the title of the article as clear, accurate and descriptive as possible.

Author(s) information

Author(s)' name, affiliation and corresponding email should stated clearly.

Abstracts

Every article published on BJTLL Online will display an abstract and a free access download link. Where an abstract is not supplied by the author, BJTLL will consider the first-page of the article print PDF to post as an abstract Online.

The importance of including an abstract is that search engines pick up its key words and terms. It is essential to ensure the abstract tackles clearly what the article covers and states any terms that readers searching for such a topic might be likely to use.

Keywords

Up to seven keywords should be supplied with every article submitted for publication. Keywords should be reflected in the title or abstract and crystalize the content of the article in order to enrich and enhance search engine optimisation.
